Rinjani Villa is a unique property situated in the tranquil former fishing village of Sanur just minutes from the beach. The building was built in the 1980s in the Bali Style of many of the great resort hotels and shows all the character and charm of buildings of this period, with original carvings, traditional roofs, and a sweeping lawn.
The owners wanted to honour the heritage of the buildings by renovating them in a style sympathetic to the architecture. The villa consists of 5 stunning bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, laid out over 2 floors. You enter this oasis of calm through the private parking area and through traditional Balinese gates. These open out into a tropical oasis of mature trees, a sweeping lawn, and your very own crystal-clear pool.
The villa has all the facilities you would expect of a luxury property, with smiling, helpful staff to make you feel even more at home. Kick off your shoes, sink into your unique tropical island home, and leave your worries behind.

Comfort & Environment
- Air Conditioning: Please switch off when leaving rooms. Staff will turn it on before your return if requested.
- Mosquitos & Wildlife: Regular fogging keeps pests minimal. Repellent is available on request.
Essentials
- Water: Fresh, filtered water is provided in jugs to reduce plastic waste. Bottled water is available upon request.
- WiFi: Free throughout the villa, but speeds may be slower than you’re used to.
- Electricity: Indonesia uses 220V. Power fluctuations and occasional blackouts may occur.
Dining
- Breakfast (8–10 AM): Includes tropical fruits, eggs, pancakes, toast, tea, and coffee. Additional items can be prepared for a charge.
- Lunch & Dinner: Require advance booking. Check our full menu here. Please give 24 hours’ notice for meals and let us know about dietary needs.
- Grocery shopping is available with a 15% service charge.

- Transport: Airport transfers and day trips available. Book with villa team and they will explain the pricing.

- Check-out: Standard time is 12 PM. Late check-out (until 6 PM) is half-day charge.
- Medical Assistance: Western-standard hospitals nearby, with an English-speaking doctor available for house calls.
Lunch and dinner are chargeable and must be booked in advance, with Desa, our skilled cook, preparing Spanish, Indonesian, and Western cuisine. If you prefer to cook, we can shop for groceries with a 15% service fee. Please provide a few hours’ notice for arrangements. Meal requests should be coordinated with staff in the morning, or earlier if possible. As we do not run a professional restaurant kitchen, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice for meal preparation and special requests. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
